Hi folks. In honor of National Healthy Aging Month, our Wise Family Eye team would like to share a few tips on how you can serve to keep your vision in as tip-top shape as possible through the years:
- Make eye exams an absolute priority in your annual overall health screenings.
- Try and eat a healthy and balance diet chock full of fruits and vegetables.
- Exercise to maintain a healthy weight.
- Do Not Smoke. Period.
- When outdoors, wear sunglasses and brimmed hats whenever possible.
These seemingly simple tips can help to ward off major eye issues as you age – allowing you to enjoy all there is on your latter years.
