Hi folks. In honor of National Healthy Aging Month, our Wise Family Eye team would like to share a few tips on how you can serve to keep your vision in as tip-top shape as possible through the years:

  • Make eye exams an absolute priority in your annual overall health screenings.
  • Try and eat a healthy and balance diet chock full of fruits and vegetables.
  • Exercise to maintain a healthy weight.
  • Do Not Smoke. Period.
  • When outdoors, wear sunglasses and brimmed hats whenever possible.

These seemingly simple tips can help to ward off major eye issues as you age – allowing you to enjoy all there is on your latter years.
