Today, we have an age-old question for you!
Q: Will eating carrots improve your eye health?
A: Because carrots are quite high in Vitamin A – an essential nutrient for having good eyesight – we will say yes. However, Vitamin A can also be found in cheese, egg yolks and milk. Therefore, eating a well-balance variety of these foods will help you achieve having good vision.
We invite you to check back in next Monday for our next answer!
Thank you, and have a great week!
